The goal
To engage community members at conferences, with the triple purpose of soliciting feedback, drawing people to our booth, and creating content for newsletters and social.
The context
The Child Neurology Foundation is a national non-profit that works to support clinicians and families of children with complex neurological conditions. We wanted a simple and fun way to increase in-person engagement at conferences, solicit feedback from different interest-holders about what was important to them, and also create some conversation-starting social media content.
The process
Gain feedback from the team and interest-holders, and look ahead to events that our team would already be attending, thinking of how we could seamlessly include value-added engagement into these events.
The results
Creation of an interactive booth that could be used to engage with many different types of stakeholders, including clinicians, advocates, and industry leaders.
